DISPATCH TIMEFRAME: Typically within 24-48 hours*, please contact us to highlight if your order is urgent.

*As the 2024 end of year United States Holiday Season approaches, we anticipate longer than usual dispatch and delivery times. Our headquarters will be closed during periods November 28-29, and December 23 - Jan 1, shipments will not be sent on these days. Normal business operations will resume on January 2, 2025. We apologise for this inconvenience. 

*Last date for guaranteed delivery before Christmas (United States only) is December 19, 2024.

FREE SHIPPING*

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders to the US, AUSTRALIA, MEXICO, NEW ZEALAND and THE UNITED KINGDOM.

*Qualifying order total for FREE SHIPPING:

United States: Orders over $250 USD

Australia: Orders over $400 AUD

Mexico: Orders over 5000 MXN

New Zealand: Orders over $450 NZD

United Kingdom: Orders over 225 GBP

 

Shipping below the above thresholds, and to all other locations will be displayed in the online shopping cart.

 

ADDITIONAL ORDER & SHIPPING GUIDELINES

ORDER TRACKING

Once placing an order with Zacatak Lures, you will receive an email containing an order number, details of your order and how you can get in touch with us if you have any questions. Please check your spam or junk mail folders if you don’t receive this. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a second email providing details on how to track your purchase to your door. Don’t be concerned if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system may take a day or so to register.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATION

Please note your order may be prepared for shipment immediately and amendments and cancellations may not be possible. Should you require any changes to your order please reach out to us by phone as soon as possible. 

SAFE DROP

Our shipping carriers may offer ‘safe drop’. Please note that if you accept this option we can not take responsibility for the safe arrival of your item. 

ARMED FORCES ADDRESS - APO / FPO / DPO

Unfortunately some of our shipping carriers can not ship to an armed forces address (APO / FOP / DPO). This may cause unnecessary delays and it is recommended that armed forces addresses are not used when placing your order, however please contact us if you have any further questions. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All shipments may be subject to import charges (duties, customs, tariffs and VAT) which are set by the destination country or location. They are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin / manufacture and the classification of that merchandise, and are levied once your package reaches your location. 

Zacatak Lures does not collect your duties and taxes during checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. In the event you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Zacatak Lures will not be liable for these charges. For more information regarding customs policies and import charges please contact your local customs office. 

Whilst we will do everything in our power to ensure goods are delivered as quickly as possibly, delays caused by customs cannot be foreseen and Zacatak Lures can not be held accountable for such delays.  

UNABLE TO DELIVER

In the event that there are issues with delivery, our freight carrier may contact us to seek assistance in progressing the shipment (For example, address issues, duties to be paid, customs paperwork to be completed Etc.). At this time, we will contact you in writing via the email address provided and/or through our order message system in order to resolve the issue. Should we not receive a reply within the requested time period, our shipping carrier may determine the receiver as unreachable and choose to destroy the package. This is beyond the control of Zacatak Lures and Zacatak Lures will not be held liable for any costs associated with the loss, nor provide replacements. The receiver accepts all responsibility for the management of the delivery once it has left the Zacatak Lures workshop, and tracking details will be provided for this purpose.
