Warranty & Returns

Zacatak Lures take pride in the workmanship and attention to detail that we uphold. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied after receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. We are here to help, and will do our best to rectify the issue. 

For warranty claims, proof of purchase may be required. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to offering an exchange, refund or repair. To assist us in promptly processing your request, please take a photo of any concerns regarding your item as soon as possible after receipt.

Zacatak Lures honours our obligation under the Australian Consumer Law and provide you with an exchange or refund if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item: 

    1. has a problem that would have stopped you buying it had you known about the problem;
    2. is unsafe;
    3. is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you; or
    4. does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase and shipping costs are excluded.

Due to the handcrafted and customised nature of our product, Zacatak Lures reserves the right not to accept 'change of mind' returns.
